Our whole school is characterized by the basic motto „The hardest dance step is the first one: to start.“ Taste, determination, and joy are what lead us forward. For most of our students, we witnessed their first dance steps and we are pleased that even after 10 years, we continue to follow their steps till today.
We have traveled half the world with some students, and we have lived with more than half of their lives with some. These experiences have shown us that it is our driving force that is overcoming ourselves and discovering new experiences. We also lead our lecturers to develop their teaching skills and not just use criticism.
The specialty of our school is the focus on individual lessons. They are open to couples who are starting to dance or just want to prepare for a ball, we also offer them to individuals for whom it may be difficult to find a dance partner for various reasons.
We also teach wheelchair dancing, run courses against the progression of Alzheimer’s disease, and take care of our seniors in the very popular senior dance tea and Senior StarDance program.
Our lessons offer:
1. The possibility of effective and above all individual work, where only one lecturer will devote you to you.
2. A guarantee of rapid progress in improving or mastering dance steps and skills.
3. Time flexibility and flexibility in choosing a dance hall that offers the necessary privacy.

HISTORY AND OUR MISSION
Our dance school „Tanec pro všechny“ is a non-governmental non-profit organization, founded in 2012 with the aim of developing and promoting ballroom dancing at all levels. Our prior effort is to make dance accessible and open up opportunities for the widest possible field of people interested in this beautiful art.
Since the beginning, when we focused mainly on the competitive form of ballroom dancing, our scope has expanded considerably to other areas. In addition to establishing the sports branch of the association – TK DanceTime, where we now have over 80 members and the Pro-Am TK DanceTime team, we focus on the therapeutic side effects of dance – we organize Dance Anti Aging programs that support the slowing of Alzheimer’s disease, Senior StarDance, and Senior Dance Teas, we also focus on the recreational side of dance. In courses for children and public dance courses for the public with the champion of the Czech Republic. We trained our teachers to be the first in the Czech Republic to teach wheelchair dancing – Para Dance Sports.
The most visible activity of recent years is the organization of dance competitions DanceTime Cup, DanceTime Gala Cup, and the international festival Prague Dance Championship in Žofín. The competitions are focused at beginners, advanced dancers, and even world league dancers. Over 1,500 competition pairs take part in them every year.
We organize regular training sessions and seminars for members of our sports club. We are pleased with the ever-expanding membership base, as well as the members who have been with us since the very beginning. Together with our students, we have already celebrated many successes – the title of 2nd vice-champions of the Czech Republic junior 1, victory on the dance rank list junior 2, the finals of the adult dance league, and many others. In 2020, we were the first in the history of the Czech Republic to organize a wheelchair dance competition and congress, and we are intensively working on this area with our partner SKV Prague.
However, no activity could be organized without support and cooperation. We would like to thank you for your long-term support of the capital city Prague, Prague 1, Prague 9, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
