This course is an imaginary continuation of StarDance Day and the experience of dancing with a professional. It consists of regular individual lessons with a selected professional partner.

WHERE AND HOW LESSONS ARE HELD

Lessons usually take place in 90 min blocks – i.e. 2*45 min (1 lesson – 45 min). Classes take place in dance halls in Prague 2 (near Charles Square), Prague 4 (Pankrác metro station) and Prague 9 (Gymnasium Českolipská).

FOR WHOM THE COURSE IS INTENDED

It is intended for those who want to dance more deeply and regularly. Who want to experience what it take to dance with profesional: regular training, approach of acceptance, no blaming for a mistakes.

DANCE COMPETITIONS

If you get even more interested and want to try it all out in action dressed in a gorgeous dress, you can take part in one of the competitions we organize or even go out into the world to compete.

HOW DOES THE COURSE WORK?

You will have your first trial double lesson where you will meet your professional, dance a little and agree on your training program – intensity, exact times, goals, etc.

Pro/Am lessons are done individually with your professional partner. Due to the uniqueness of the service, training sessions are available in the morning, afternoon and evening, including weekends. Prices are paid in packages – a subscription of 10 lessons. Our team of professionals includes national champions, dance league finalists, and winners of many dance competitions.

Dancing with a professional Pro-Am (professional – amateur) can be a suitable and more intensive alternative to a solo ladies course, gym workout or aerobics.
